The elemental input of the project is to create an urban depth that references the transformation process, where the transformation is not limited with the facades facing the boulevard.

The use of streets has been strengthened by transforming the 'Milli Mecusat, which has a critical place in the city's memory, into a museum. In this regard, the great potential to define the public space where art, technology, and industry meet in Adana has been utilized. The semi-open space supported by public uses at different levels has been evaluated as an urban space where people on the street can reach straightforwardly

The public uses, which form a quite important part of the program, are organized on the northern facade, in association with 43rd Street and the semi-open area. On the other hand, the cultural center and museum entrance, classrooms, library, assembly hall foyer and exhibition hall, congress center and foyer, and trade museum at ± 0.00 elevation are designed as public spaces providing horizontal and vertical continuity.
